Where can I find California imagery from previous years?

ArcGIS Server connection: http://imaps.dfg.ca.gov/arcgis/services has NAIP 2005 and California CIR 2005 imagery (not sure if you meant inclusive of 2005 or not).

Looks like the link posted previously is missing the REST parameter in the URL, try this one:
http://imaps.dfg.ca.gov/arcgis/rest/services
