Hello, Student_Dummy S !

Another way you can check what your map sharing is set to is by:

  1. Logging into ArcGIS Online > Content
  2. In your Content > locate your map and see what icon your content has
  3. The icon of a person means on you can access the content, the icon of the building means only those in your organization can access the content, and the globe means everyone can access your content
  4. You can click on the icon to change the sharing to allow your students to access this map

Hi dummyaccount ,

Is the account that you are using to access the map, the same account used to create the map? If not, did you share the map? If so, is it shared with a group (is the user that tries to have access a member of that group?), with your organization or the public?
