In ArcGIS Online, do you realize how many different tabs/links are called Content...
1. There is the Content across the top bar that takes you to the content that you own.
2. There is the Content in your webmap which is basically the Table of Contents
3. When you go to Group there is the Content for the group.
And there are probably more...
When you are teaching someone how to use AGOL this is extremely confusing. These different areas need to be differentiated by different names.
