Rotate web map by angle

In a web map, I can rotate the basemap to a freehand angle by right-clicking the map, holding, and dragging. That works, but it's fiddly to get a map with grid-shaped roads rotated into a perfectly vertical orientation.

This idea is to rotate the map to a known angle instead, by entering something like 18.5 degrees using the keyboard.

Hi @Bud, there isn't exactly a built in angle rotation solely for the map like you're asking for. However I do think there is a workaround that might get you where you need to be! If you open the editor, expand settings, turn on snapping/the grid, then set the angle you'd like you can visually drag a point on the map to align with the grid. Although it is more of a close guess for the angle, do you think this could work?
