Currently named AGOL accounts assigned Pro licenses (through AGOL) will see the message "The number of licenses assigned exceeds the number of licenses available in your organization. Please contact your administrator to reconfigure your organization's licenses." Users are then able to click OK to continue launching the app.
This message should only be visible to the named users assigned the expired licenses and AGOL Administrators. Although the message is benign and users may click OK to continue with the launch of Pro, it causes confusion across the organization.
