Whenever I am entering new Tags, it takes dozens of times of me entering the same tag before it starts to be recommended to me when typing, so I have to manually type out the tag every time, which can lead to variations of a tag if I don't use the exact same tag every time. For example, I might type "Q3 Sales" as a tag for one feature and a few days later I might type in "Q3 Retail Sales" in a different feature because I forgot how I tagged the first one and ESRI isn't recommending the previous tag for me. It can take months of using the same tag before it starts to recommend it to me.
