Hi again @JShi_EsriStaff Julia, I wondered if it's ok to write another idea on here... would it be possible to have the latest date for a member's use of, for example, ArcGIS Pro (like we can see on the Activity Report - created_UTC , request and clientId). This would be really helpful in actually identifying accounts that are no longer used across our organisation. If this needs another suggestion, please let me know. Many thanks.

It would be really nice to filter users based on multiple categories at the same time. I haven't found anywhere that says its planned enhancement so I am speaking up here. If needed, I can create a new Idea with this.
