Let the new map viewer allow to edit field properties

The new map viewer does not allow me to edit my numbers in my miles field on my map at https://idaho.maps.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html?webmap=08a462d3253f4051a60646f355966d0b

The line layers have a Miles attribute. The attribute is configured to show only one decimal point in desktop, but allows for two decimals points for the layer on ArcGIS Online.

If you want to change the number of decimal places displayed for a field, open the Fields dialog and click on the field you'd like to modify. Select the number of significant digits you want to show.
