Currently access notices are only available to either organisation members, or all users, and are only able to be toggled on or off. It would be great if notices could be applied according to group membership, and either only need to be accepted once, or for users to be prompted to reaccept at regular time intervals (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly etc).
This would allow us to set notices for new users; schedule notices to align with scheduled updates; and to set reminders to users to update metadata, or set delete protection semi-regularly.
