The organization administrator should be able to un-check the default for only searching inside the organization. When searcing for maps or content, the default is always set to searching inside the organization. Then the user has to uncheck that option EVERY time. Very frustrating. The site should either remember the user preference, allow the administrator to un-check that option by default, or allow the user to set it under their preferences.
