Allow .SVG files to be hosted in AGO (Hub/Categories)

In the ArcGIS Hub configuration settings, there is a pop-up prompt to save Category Icons as .SVG or .PNG sized to 120 pixels. However, a link must be provided to the artwork and .SVG files cannot be uploaded to ArcGIS Online. This requires us to host .SVG files somewhere else instead if we want to use them, bringing in an additional dependency/technology on the architecture of our AGO platform. It would be preferred to host the .SVG icon in AGO and then link to that URL in Hub.
