Steven Moore and Deane Kensok have created a great resource in the OpenStreetMap Layers (Beta) Group. A live link to OpenStreetMap data that updates every 15 mins. Really powerful and useful foundation datasets.

What would really make this powerful is to have the coastlines added into the list of layers for each region. Currently this can be downloaded from here and I think it shows how it could be done.
