It would be create to allows to add a limit for clustering in ArcGIS OnLine.
Actually, you can zoom form heavy cluster to the unity point.
I would like to limit the zoom to cluster of x point min.
For exemple, i have a data of social housing. The rules attach to that data is to secret the data under 11 units.
I would like to have cluster of 11 unit min, to preserve the secret and can't see the unit.
