I'm trying to make a case for getting a notebook server for our enterprise portals.

Specifically, I understand that I can make a custom role to control who makes the notebooks, and that onl the notebook owner can make edits:
Only the owner of a notebook can save edits to the original notebook item. If the owner shares the notebook in the portal, others can view its item details page, open the notebook, and run it as written. Saving any changes to the notebook automatically creates a copy of it.
What isn't clear is what the privileges are of those who can manage scheduled tasks: Can they schedule (or unschedule) anyone's notebooks, or just their own? Someone in our organization described it as "anyone can get in there" but I'm not sure what that means.
