Notebook Server 11.3 arcpy support

We are looking at using Notebook Server 11.3. I was reviewing the Python Library 10.0 PDF and I noticed that arcpy is listed in both the Standard and Advanced runtimes. Is that a misprint or have parts of arcpy been added to the Standard runtime?

@Joshua-Young this appears to be a misprint.  I just tested with an 11.3 instance of Notebook Server.  The Standard runtime gave the following error:

Thank you for looking into this. I figured it was a mistake in the documentation since I thought Arcpy was the main difference between Standard and Advanced licensing.
