Hello,
I am trying to established a scaled cost line barrier that only operates as a barrier for a specific chunk of the day. I brought in the segments of my network that I wish to do this to, and created scaled cost barriers from them. Is there any way that I can only implement the scaling from say, 8pm to 6am?
