Road distance travelled

Hi

I want to calculate the distance travelled between multiple postcode to the destination in ArcGIS 10.3... don't want straight line distance or closest distance, wanted road distance travelled... I tried New Route option in Network Analyst tool extension, but it is allowing me to do one by one... I want to do in bulk as I have 3000+ postcodes to 1 destination.

please help how to do the same.
