Problem with creating routes along a fillet

Hi,

I'm new to network analyst, but it seems to have good potential. I cretaed a network of lines to represent runways and taxiways at an airport. In order to calculate taxiing distances I used the fillet tool to create a route along two intersecting lines. The problem I have is that some fillets seem to work as valid routes and others do not, I created all fillets the same way. There are no one-way rules and no z values. I used integrate to ensure that the nodes are shared but still there are issues with lines apparently not being connected to the fillet (although when I zoom in 1:1 they are connected - visibly at least). Is there any special technique to creating fillets that i don't know about? Its very frustrating.

You can review the connectivity of the network dataset by adding it to ArcMap and then using the network identify toolbar on the Network Analyst toolbar. Click on the new edges and see if they are connected to the relevant edges.
