No Orders Routed - Capacities exceeded

I am trying to solve a VRP and receiving a no order routed error message. When I open the orders properties the ViolatedConstraints attribute value has Capacities exceeded.

I have one vehicle trying to pickup 671 orders with a 1 minute service time.

Increase the capacity of your vehicle!

By default when you create a route, the MaxOrder Count is set to 30.
So bring up the properties of your "vehicle" or route and change this number to be larger than 671.
