Hello community,
I’m trying to make some routes on an adresse table. I have this table in points so I’m using them as stops.
So my points are divided in sections group and it help’s to reduce my total of stops. This sections have between 3000 and 6000 stops.
What I like to do is make multiple routes with no more then 800 stops on it in the same section.
Is this something possible?
i try a lot of things but failing every time.
any ideas! ?
thank you!!
I am trying to understand what you are trying to achieve. What is a section group? Perhaps that is not important. All I can understand is that you have a large number of locations/stops and you want to find a way to route through them 800 at a time. I presume that you want to optimize the visit order for those 800 stops. Normally I will suggest that you look at the Vehicle Routing Problem solver as a way to solve this type of problem. However, there are limits to how big a problem you can solve online. If you have your own local network dataset then you can use VRP in ArcGIS Pro to solve it.
