Hello Everyone,
I have a road network layer given to me by a third party. i want to model turns in network dataset that i want to create. From the ArcGIS help document, what i have understood is that i need to digitise turns and then add it to network. Is there any other way, since digitisation would make my work really tedious? If i add turn impedence information to road attribute table , will that help? kindly help me..!!
