How to create transfer times between different public transport routes in a multimodal network dataset?

I want to create a multimodal network dataset with public transport and footpath. For that I have the walking times and the traveltimes on the different network elements. Now I neet to create a general value to add transfer times between different vehicles, for example in general five minutes. How can I do this in ArcGIS 10.2?
