I suggest you edit you question and include the following:

• error code number that came with message
• which tool were you running
• how was the tool set up to run (i.e. parameters)
• what were your input datasets (screen shots etc)

I've noticed that I can not use the route zone class at the same time with the Spatial Clustering = Cluster (VRP ribbon / arcgis pro 2.6).
