Dear all,
I have one layer points with about 8000 points (see pdf example attachment), I want to create 1 polygon to the outer portions of these points,
these are the points where the accessibility of aid provision (fire) in certain time, for example 5 minutes.

It would be better if I do this with Network Analyst, but at the moment still too difficult for me, the accessibility from one point within five minutes (time diameter). But that's my next step.

That is a concave hull

and it is more difficult to create than a convex hull

decide how important the differences are given your point pattern

Hi John,

You could also try this

Aggregate Points (Cartography)

Define a very high value for the Aggregation Distance, so that all the points are considered in a single cluster.
