You are not licenced to use Navigator (Android)

I have two Portals. Configurations of both Portals are similar. Both have Navigator entitlements imported in (from the same entitlements file).

When logging in Navigator (Android) using the first Portal named user credentials, everything is OK.

When logging in Navigator (Android) using the second Portal named user credentials, i get a message saying that my user is not licenced to use Navigator.

The error is reproducable on any Android device (3G, WIFI) and is not reproducable on any iOS device (we can log into Navigator using both Portals from iOS devices).

So what can be the problem with it? What Portal settings should we check out?

Hi, I just downloaded and installed Navigator on my android phone.  When I tried to access the app, I received an 'unable to sign in, not licensed to use Navigator' error when I try to sign on through ArcGIS Online.  We do not have Portal for ArcGIS.  We use web tier authentication.  Anonymous access is clicked on in the AGOL settings.  I am not sure what to do next.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jay,

Do you have an iOS device you can test with?  Can you confirm if the issue is specific to Android or is reproducible on iOS as well?

Thanks,

Heather
