I see ArcGIS Navigator access is now included with particular user types (cool!) instead of needing a separate license, but when I try to log into Navigator with an org account with Creator user type (which should be able to use it), I get an error message that says "Sign in Error - Missing expiration date."  What does that mean and how do we fix it?  Thanks.

Hate to pile on, but I'm hoping for resolution to this as well. I'm experiencing similar issues. No previous use of the app, but would like to test it out.

Also unclear as to how I'm tracking down a way to subscribe to a public bug...

The bug is now available here: https://support.esri.com/en-us/bug/arcgis-navigator-displays-missing-expiration-date-error-bug-00017.... There is an option to get notified when the status changes using the Esri support app. We are currently testing a potential solution that we hope to roll out soon.

We have released a fix that should have resolved this bug for all affected users. If you are unable to sign in to Navigator after today, please reach out to the arcgisnavigator@esri.com e-mail address and let us know.
