Greetings,

I want to discover what is actually measured to return the values for the "Average Response Time"   This must be using two values and doing some simple math.  What two values is it using?  This will certainly assist me in the forensics of tracking down the problem of 3-4 second response times....

Everything else in the graph metrics shows good saturation, cpu, mem usage/utilzation, etc...

Hi @SGTomlins

That particular metric is instrumented within ArcGIS Server itself, which ArcGIS Monitor directly acquires via ArcGIS Server usage reports. Monitor does not perform any additional aggregation at the service level.

Thank you @EsriEvan

Do I need to ask this same question in the ArcGIS Server realm?  I still believe that knowing how it "is instrumented" will help point me in the correct direction.
