I upgraded our Monitor 2023.3.1 server install to 2024.0.1 this morning and am having an issue with the database connection. When I look at Administration/Database the connection looks good, green Nominal for status. But when I try going to any other page, I get 'ArcGIS Monitor Database Connection Failure'.
I have tried the solution from: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-monitor-questions/error-connecting-to-db-after-2024-0-upgrade/m... but that did not make any change. Also I Unregistered and registered the database again and have the same result.
Hi Pat, I'm not able to reproduce an upgrade error from 23.3.1 --> 24.0.1 on my side. These types of issues are usually specific to the ArcGIS Monitor instance so I don't think it will be efficient to troubleshoot this over the forum. Can you please submit a case with technical support to take a more detailed look?
