Unable to Monitor Federated Server

I recently upgraded Monitor server to 2023.3.1, and since then I've been getting alerts for "Connectivity - arcgis_server_discover (%)" for our federated servers. If I try to reconnect, I get the error "Undefined is not a function." See screenshot below. I don't see anything in the logs for Portal or either of the affected servers. I also upgraded Enterprise from 11.0 to 11.1 a few days later, but that did not seem to improve the situation.

Has anyone else encountered this, or have any thoughts on how to proceed?

Can you please review the workaround described in this post, Monitor broken after 2023.3.1 install?

I believe the solution provided by Josh should address the issue.

Ah, thank you! That did the trick. I was able to reconnect via settings immediately. However, it did not show any updated metrics until I restarted the Monitor service. Hopefully that's it for now.
