Hi all
I have installed Arcgis monitor on Ubuntu 22.04.
I can view my servers (Portal and arcgis servers also running on Ubuntu) but I don't have any metrics, any graphs, or any alerts.
When I select the License tab, it says "no license". However, on the Linux side, the utility tells me that I have a license.
I find strange that I only have an 11.0 license on MyEsri. Is this a valid ECP for 2023.2 ?
Thanks
Solved! Go to Solution.
Well, problem solved with an new installation on a new machine. Dunno what appenned with the first one.
So, now i have all the metrics!
Hi @AxelLévy ,
Yes, the 11.0 license should be valid for 2023.2. Please restart the ArcGIS Monitor Server service, then go to Administration > License and click "Refresh". After that, manually run the discover observer for one of your components and see if the metrics are created and data is collected. If this is still not working, please let me know.

Hi Josh,
Unfortunately it still doesn't work.
I reinitiated the creation of the license in offline mode. I have a valid authorization.ecp file. When I run the authorizeSoftware tool, everything seems to be fine and I noticed that the /usr/lib/arcgis/monitor/framework/ESRI/License2023.2/sysgen/keycodes file is updated. However on the web side, I have nothing, still no license, and no metrics.
@AxelLévy, can you please submit a case with Esri support on this issue? A support analyst will be able to dig deeper into this than I can over the forum.
Thanks,
Josh
