Metrics suddenly stops flowing

Hi,

 

I've noticed that for some of my sites metrics can suddenly stops flowing.

I've already deleted old statistics file and usage reports.

Connectivity is at 100% all the time, is there a way within monitor to send a notification when there is no metrics data collected for specific ArcGIS Server?

Off the top of my head the two checks I would perform first is check to see if ArcGIS Monitor's license has expired and second confirm that no Incidents are active. Both of these could be a reason why agents are connected but metrics are no longer being captured.
