Generate Excel Report For Custom Time Range

I have ArcGIS Monitor Server 10.6.1 and I am curious as to whether it is feasible to generate an excel report for a custom time range. I appreciate there is no option to do this through the web application, is it feasible to do this interacting with the ArcGIS Monitor API?
