Drive Capacity Matrix say "No data available"

ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.1, When I go to Monitoring > Storage > and select a component the Overview shows No data available on all of my components.

When I go to Metrics, it shows "No Metrics"

How do I set these up?  I thought they were set up by default.

Are the metrics working for the associated Windows host component? Or is this issue specific to the storage component? Is the ArcGIS Monitor service account a member of the Windows Performance Monitor Users group on the host machine? Also, is your license valid? I've seen issues with metrics not appearing when the license is for the wrong version or out-of-date.

It seems to be specific to storage.  I am getting other metrics.  I added the Monitor service account to the Performance Monitor users group.  The license is correct.

Hi @HazelRiordan,

Can you please provide more information about the storage component? Is it a Windows or Linux machine? Is it on-premise or perhaps in a Cloud environment? Was it added as part of another component you registered with Monitor?

These are on-prem Windows servers.  I have not adjusted anything, these are the default metrics that show once I pull them in.

Hi @HazelRiordan,

Please contact Esri Tech Support and open an issue so they can help you investigate further. I'm guessing this is likely related to a permissions issue.
