Error registering AG Data Store 11.3 (Relational) with ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.1

Hi Monitor Community,

I am running into an error while attempting to register an 11.3 ArcGIS Data Store with in ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.1. The ArcGIS Data Store machine has not been upgraded.

ArcGIS Data Store is at 11.3 – Never had any other ArcGIS Data Store version.

I am using the AG Data Store - Data Admin User credentials.

The agent for the Data Store machine is capturing host metrics.

Hi @B_Franey,

The error message suggests that there was an older release of the ArcGIS Enterprise software installed on the host before. Suggest you verify that the earlier Enterprise release software was completely removed/uninstalled from the host.
