Component Registration Issue in Distributed HA Enterprise Deployment

Hi,
We are experiencing an issue with registering components in our distributed high-availability (HA) ArcGIS Enterprise deployment. The setup includes two portals, two web adaptors, two ArcGIS Servers, and two datastores running on Linux, with an ArcGIS Monitor server on Windows. We are using version 2023.3.1.
When attempting to register components using the Web Context URL, the process fails. However, registration works successfully when using the Web Adaptor and a private URL. 
Which URL is the most appropriate to register the components?
Kindly assist us.
