ArcGIS Monitor Configure SSL certificate failed with Error

I have ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1,

Tried to configure ssl by uploading a pfx file and got the following error 

Error- Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace')

From them on when ever browser Administration -> Server it displays the same error and could view and setting as shown below

wondering how could i fix this.

That was indeed the issue. The certificate I was uploading is missing the complete trust chain.

However, after creating a certificate with the whole trust chain, I was unable to upload it because the Monitor UI Administration -> Server was not loading . ( with Error- Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace'))

I have managed to remove the certificate file from the configuration location 

C:\Users\<monitor_user>\AppData\Local\ESRI\ArcGISMonitor\config-store-server

which made Monitor fall back to self-signed cert. Then, changed the certificate through Monitor UI and it works now.
