ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1 does not display root storage data on Ubuntu 22.04 AWS EC2 instance

I have ArcGIS Monitor Server 2024.1 set up on its own EC2 instance, monitoring a multi-machine ArcGIS and other vm deployment in AWS on EC2 instances with EBS storage. These instances are running Ubuntu 22.04 for both Monitor Server and Monitor Agent.

Currently, when the agent is installed on any of the monitored machines, the agent will get CPU and Memory usage, and will pull the disk usage stats for the boot partition 10.1.0.238/boot/efi - and it picks up the full root as a storage device, but the only metric it shows for the root is the Storage Total, and says "No Data Available" for any other metrics. These are NOT separate EBS volumes in AWS, it is all one volume.

(In the screenshots, the gap in detection on the boot dir is from me removing and reinstalling the agent.)

Is this normal behavior? Is there something additional I need to do for it to show the data for the root directory that it detected? Having the stats for the boot partition doesn't actually help me monitor the server health at all, since that never changes.

Update: The Monitor Server and Agent at this point have been updated to 2024.1.1 and the same behavior exists

HI @tamaraherself,

Please contact Esri Tech Support and open an issue so they can help investigate further. This might be a bug.

Hope this helps,
