ArcGIS Monitor provides a consolidated interface for evaluating and monitoring overall system health and performance of ArcGIS Enterprise deployments and associated infrastructure. The application allows various components to be registered, and for each registered component health, performance, and usage metrics are collected and stored. When monitored metrics deviate from acceptable ranges, alerts are generated and can be associated with notifications, which send emails or leverage webhooks to notify responsible parties.

I've had others located in different offices test the link and they are able to view it. I'm unsure why you're unable to view the blog.

I don't own the blog - but I will reach out to my contact in Timmons Group and ask if they might know the reason why you're unable to view it. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will post an update when I have one to share.
