No Basemap and No Location Component

Hey first time posting to this forum but over the last few weeks I've been running into this issue where the basemap and other functionalities of the plugin simply do not work. When trying to use the Location component to place things at certain locations. My static meshes to which I'm attaching the component do not move when the input coordinate information is changed. I've been using the plugin to test how to render 3D building layers and then how to render 3D building models but recently things just stopped working around the new year. I have been using the same API key since the start of my work in UE and have had no issues. When testing the samples with the same api key, the feature layer and the line of sight samples both worked but the material by attribute one did not.

In previous iterations of me trying to re-set up the map I haven't been getting errors but now this one keeps popping up:

LogTemp: Error: ArcGISRendererView status=NoViewport|Error message='Propagated error.' additional-message=''

I'm using version 5.3.2 of UE and 1.7 of the plugin. I have pretty limited UE knowledge and mostly have a GIS background so apologies if this is a day 1 type of mistake. I would really like to get the plugin back to full functionality.

Turns out it was an API Key issue. An expired API key still shows as valid in the basemap menu.
