Missing normal maps

Hello, I'm using ArcGIS for Unreal Engine and I have noticed that the normal buffer is basically empty for the terrain generated. 

 

Has anyone encountered this issue? The truth is that I can see on the material they input a normal map, and I can see they trigger the compute shader to obtain the normal maps, yet the result is a constant normal, so the terrain is completely flat shaded.
