New Sentinel-2 Land Cover Explorer just released
A new addition to the ArcGIS Living Atlas apps was released earlier this morning. The Sentinel-2 Land Cover Explorer provides insights by delivering timely land use/land cover data with change analysis tools.
Land Use/Land Cover (LULC) maps are an increasingly important tool for decision-makers at local, regional, and national government levels around the world. These maps help inform policy and land management decisions around issues like sustainability, by contextualizing and quantifying the impacts of earth processes and human activity on the environment.
Highlighting these key capabilities, The Living Atlas team is pleased to announce Sentinel-2 Land Cover Explorer, a new web-based mapping application built on the ArcGIS API for JavaScript.
