The U.S. Census Bureau publishes a special tabulation of the American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates – the Citizen Voting Age Population (CVAP) by race and ethnicity – every year for the Department of Justice.
These Living Atlas layers have recently been updated, including changes to boundaries. They're important for studying voting requirements, identifying discriminatory practices and procedures, voting rights analysis, and voter turnout analysis.
