The release notes for 4.19 show a "Browse Features" action in Cluster Popups, which we use quite a bit, but I can't tell where the table gets each feature's title, so all our features end up showing up as "Untitled".
It is referring to the layer's popupTemplate title. Line 91 in this sample:
