Hey folks I need some help... We have multiple flex maps working fine on our server but for some reason none of our non-flex maps are working outside the network. I'm not sure why, can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks for the help. -Brian

We finally figured it out late yesterday. Apparently we forgot to tell IT to add the maps to the proxy server. So, they seem to be functioning properly now. Thanks for all the help on this. Hopefully, someone else will benefit from this thread.
Brian,
Looking at one of your JS maps - ArcGIS Web Application - you're getting some console errors:
{_ssl: undefined, code: 400, description: "", details: Array[0], httpCode: 400, log: undefined, message: "Item does n...", messageCode: "CONT_0001", name: "Error", number: 0}
Can you confirm all of your services are available?
My mistake, the water distribution map is shared only within an arcgis group, I believe. The parks shorlist map is the one we are really trying to figure out. We can't figure out why it will not come up outside our network when our flex maps do. The city hall floor plans map should have an arcgis login pop up in order to view as well.
Brian,
Are you still having trouble? I checked the Parks Shortlist map and it no longer reports a 404 - it loads the page fine on my end in Chrome:

Nice work on your Story Map Shortlist by the way!

Tip You could make the green lines in the your map clickable if you like (give them the expected set of attributes and then name that layer in the config parameter for clickable layers). For example in this one we made the trolley routes and neighborhood boundaries clickable: http://storymaps.esri.com/stories/shortlist-sandiego/ If you need any help with that ping us on: Story Maps
The first four maps have been coming up in Chrome, IE, and Firefox for me.
There are a few errors popping up in the console, but nothing that prevents it from functioning.
The Water Utility Map has the error from the above post while the Parks and Trails Map and the Floorplans map give me a 404 error
Ken,
The flex maps work, but it looks like Brian is having problems with the JS maps - the only one I found that did not go to a 404 was ArcGIS Web Application (Water Distribution Map).
Sorry, I misinterpreted the question.
