Vector Tile Layer Not Rendering Correctly in ArcGIS API 4.10

After updating to version 4.10 a vector tile layer is not rendering correctly but working perfectly fine in version 4.8. Does anyone encountered this kind of problem? I there any solution/workaround for this? Hope anyone could help me on this.

I am sorry if I am following description of the issue. But I am not able to see the issue you are describing with 4.10 with vectortiles + the mapimagelayer you referenced. 

Here is a codepen app that has topo vector tiles and the mapimagelayer you referenced: VectorTileLayer - 4.10 

I do not see the issue you described.

Thank you for your reply. The problem is the opacity. I removed the opacity and now it's working perfectly.
