Unable to integrate ESRI map with Oracle eAM

Hi,

Customer is in Oracle EBS R12.2.5.

We are trying to integrate arcGIS(ESRI) map with Oracle eAM application.

We got the base map service from customer(arcGIS team) and we set it up in oracle eAM application.

But map is not rendering in eAM application.

Appreciate if you could help resolve the issue.
