Unable to get API key - trial account

Dears, we are preparing some prototype for our custormer and we need to get API key for JavaScript API. 

From the developer console we are getting an error every time we tried to create the first API key. 

The prototype will be just a simple webpage with a map and some public layer. There will be with three buttons + dialogs to add to new layer point, line and polygon. nothing more/nothing les.

Hi @JanŠimůnek  -

If you are using an ArcGIS Online trial account, you cannot create an API key with this type of account. You will need to create a new free developer account by signing up here: https://developers.arcgis.com/sign-up/

Once you do this, you should be able to create an API key. Hope this helps!

I have created a developer account, on the developer dashboard there is a card for "Layers" with a manage button next to it.. the manage button doesn't do anything..

How do I get an API Key?
