instead of loading the given layers as in example i added my layer which i have created from online arcGIS account,
i am not able to see any marker in the template picker panel.
here i have attached the code
[HTML]<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"> <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=7, IE=9, IE=10"> <!--The viewport meta tag is used to improve the presentation and behavior of the samples on iOS devices--> <meta name="viewport" content="initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1,user-scalable=no"> <title>Edit rivers and waterbodies</title>
// snapping is enabled for this sample - change the tooltip to reflect this jsapiBundle.toolbars.draw.start = jsapiBundle.toolbars.draw.start + "<br>Press <b>ALT</b> to enable snapping"; // refer to "Using the Proxy Page" for more information: https://developers.arcgis.com/en/javascript/jshelp/ags_proxy.html esriConfig.defaults.io.proxyUrl = "/proxy";
//This service is for development and testing purposes only. We recommend that you create your own geometry service for use within your applications. esriConfig.defaults.geometryService = new esri.tasks.GeometryService("http://tasks.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Geometry/GeometryServer"); map = new Map("map", { basemap: "satellite", center: [-96.541, 38.351], zoom: 14, slider: false });
after making sure i had a valid proxy reference and swapping the url in your app with a different feature service i was able to see editing templates so there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the code.
looking at your own service, it looks fine to me, but you might try publishing another one without picture marker symbology to see if something is wrong with your own symbology for some reason.
that being said, i checked the network traffic in my own app and in our live sample and the proxy doesn't seem to be needed to load the page so i think it would be better to focus on the service itself (as i mentioned previously)
