SketchViewModel : draw RIGHT_ARROW, UP_ARROW, ... like draw version 3

in the version 3.45 we can draw a arrow https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/3/jsapi/draw-amd.html

is it still possible because i can't see i api v4 ?

what the best way for that ?
