Samples using IdentityManagerBase class

Hello,

I'm looking for samples using the IdentityManagerBase class.  There's nothing in the samples section and after scouring the forums the only thing I could find is this thread: http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/73298-Possible-to-hard-code-credentials?p=257241#post257241.  Which is great but unfortunately I can't get it to work.

Any other examples out there would be much appreciated.  Btw, I'm trying to automate the generation of tokens to use on ArcGIS.com secured Feature Services.
